Monken being Monken.
He has the ball on schedule in Navy side of field and it 2nd and 5. He insists on taking a shot downfield with a not very accurate QB and then runs it on 3rd and 5.
It always has to be about him making the right calls.

Also, if Monken picks up just one more first down when in position to at 2nd & 5 on last drive - it burns enough clock to prevent exactly what is happening now.
