Sugarcane might be different beings that most harvested cane is contracted harvesting but I know when you harvest rice if you are hauling your own rice with 150 miles you don’t need a CDL

If they put it on the hwy/interstate etc, you have to have a commerical license to drive it. Under a 150m radius u dont need to log your day but you still have to have a cdl if your driving the above mentioned.
