Apparently, the guy had no fentanyl and no gun. Those charges, brought that night mind you, were dropped. You need to be asking the question of why they were levied in the first place.

Humm lets look at this a moment.

1. Was he a felon? Yes
2. Did he have a gun? Yes.
3. Did he have fentanyl? Yes

If everyone of those statements were true.. Then there is no problems.

Were the charges dropped? Yes.
Why? I have no earthly idea.

The town didn't want riots? - possibly
The town didn't want a george Floyd? - Possibly.

I've had marijuana charges on me dropped, and I had the stuff in my possession. It all depends on the DA doesn;t it.

My point is that even if the charges were dropped. If he had fentanyl and a gun, that was the problem and we should be concerned about that and not a cop tasing him.

ANd just for good measure.. Here is a pic of a baby that od'd on fentanyl. I wonder if the baby cried as it was dying?
