IDK about being particularly nice, safe, or well run.
But I've always enjoyed my time there though. Cute downtown with lots of things going on; fairly good infrastructure, some very nice neighborhoods. Lots of sprawl though, and some divestment from areas closer to the city center. Hope they can stop that.
