It is time to have a brutally honest conversation about people abusing the handicapped parking benifit.
As others have said, what you see in 10 seconds of time is just a 10 second view into the person's life. 3 back surgeries (and north of 10 total surgeries) over the years makes those extra steps much easier as the day goes on. I'm relatively young and about 5 years ago I started getting fed up with the stares. Stare at me and you'll get the finger.
