Has the Dre'lon Miller ship sailed?

I remember when he de-committed there was much anticipation for his commital to LSU, I noticed his name is no longer being mentioned.

I don’t think totally ruled out that he’d commit to the good guys… but the sense was that the longer it dragged out the less confidence folks had that he’d end up at LSU

From what I can gather on his recruitment is that his dad has gotten overly involved and is shopping his son to the highest bidder.

Reliford spoke on trying to recruit Dom and Bussey to whatever school he commits to…cough LSU. He also mentioned that he doesn’t know if Dre’lon would like Baton Rouge.

No one knows for multiple reasons but likely. The biggest reason, he's waiting until February to sign. Current thinking is we aren't going to wait for him specifically. We are going to take a portal guy or 2 and maybe another hs kid. Depends on who is out there. When we get to mid-late January, get a decent read on where his head is and evaluate numbers, 85 and positionally, if we have a spot maybe we push. Again, current thinking is we won't get that far with him. We will see.
