after a pretty good opening weekend for dove season, i took my boys out with a .22 and shot frogs and rabbits at the tank.

i saw a dove flying low and slow and told my kids "never do this and never tell anybody i did this. it's wildly irresponsible." and shot it out of the air w/ a 22.

unfortunately they are bound to secrecy and when i've brought it up, they said "no you didn't dad." so i don't really tell anybody anymore, but it was the best shot of my life.
