I thought this was common knowledge. My brother ruptured his Achilles not too long after, and his doctor brought up Aaron Rodgers and explained why his injury was different. Then he said, "I wouldn't be surprised if he was back on the field before the playoffs" due to him getting the speed bridge surgery instead of the traditional surgery. Looks like he was right.
