Uhh, at some point you have to look at the players. The coaches can only coach so much. They can’t get on the field to tackle, defend, throw, catch the ball/hold on to the ball, block, etc.

Yes, I know the coaches have to get players here but do you think they incorrectly evaluated a whole F’n defensive unit? I don’t.

Ask yourself this, how was it that everyone was praising Matt House and the defense while wanting to burn down Daniels, Denbrock, Kelly, and the offense?

One thing LSU fans are plagued with, is instant gratification and entitlement. Then again, for the wrong reasons that’s most of today’s society in general. There’s nothing wrong with wanting to be the best every year and I’m pretty sure the coaches aren’t going out there and saying “let’s make our fans bitch and moan all year long but this time it’ll be for the defensive side”.
