I prefer having a nice big plump salty oyster. I’ve had raw oysters uo and down east and west coast and Canadian maritimes. When I bring oyster lovers from these areas to LA and go to the places that are iconic for LA oysters in south LA they can’t believe how much better we have it. A dozen is a meal. A dozen elsewhere is a snack.
