Talked to a builder a few months ago
He said plan to spend $300 per sq ft for raised home est 3600 sq ft. Built semi custom not including the property cost. 18 feet piling. Concrete slab on grade.
No landscaping.
Cost of lumber down but other items and labor increased. Cement is ridiculous.
