re: Building cost on the coast

I am in the starting phase of building in that area. We are putting in the bulkhead and pier the first week of December and in the process of finalizing the house plans. We are going 16 feet in the air and found a builder that we are comfortable with. We were quoted $200 a square foot for the house but could go up depending on if we make changes during construction.
