It’s both plus injury (and suspensions/quitters)
But I blame defensive coaching more. House has done nothing to mitigate the subpar talent and his scheme seems to have hurt the development of key players.

How would one go about that? You only have the personnel you have. It’s not like you can snap your fingers and voila you have above par talent.
