Yes my OP points that out but Tesla has sued Louisiana to be able to have direct-to-consumer sales. They are trying to phase out dealerships.

Over time, the dealership model will probably cease to exist.

I think Ford would phase out dealerships if they could. They seem to hate dealerships.

Would love to see it happen. Make purchase online, show up to sign paperwork and take delivery.
