Can't tell you specifically for your area, but I had one installed 3 years ago in Ascension.
I'd call 2-3 propane suppliers in your area and ask them. They are going to follow their rules, no matter what, so you may as well start with them. I'm betting their answers will be similar, but not exactly the same, and their pricing options will vary.
