You are kinda putting the cart before the horse here. The first thing a builder is going to ask you is where your plans are. If you don't have that, he will tell you to come back when you do.
First, you need to sit down with an Architect and develop a set of construction documents or house plans based off your budget. During this time, you and your Architect/Draftsman can discuss builders. Custom Home builders in BR range from $200 sqft to $400+ sqft. Most of the ones you see on Instagram are pushing the 400's right now. There are plenty of well qualified home builders in this area NOT throwing everything they do on social media. Recommendations from whoever is drawing the house for you can steer you in the direction of a couple builders and you can go from there.

Yea already meeting with front door architecture. Just curious to see what home builders others have used and who had good vs bad experience.
