quote:Yes I am.
You’re asking me?
Every single person who died during WW2 was a victim. The truth of the circumstances under which the war took them is sometimes known - sometimes NOT.
I have little trust in the politics active prior, during, and after WW2.
Did you know that it is said that the Bolsheviks exterminated 70 million ethnic Russians before WW2? Did they? Something happened and there are a mosaic of reasons of genocide and murder.
This event is actually given as reason for the further fog of what happened from 1917 through 1945, to Russians, to Jewish Europeans (almost all ashkenazim and heavily involved in Bolshevism), to Romanians, the gypsys, soldiers from 150 countries..
From a million that died in Dresden, Hamburg, and a dozen other cities in Europe; from 200,000 in Nagasaki and Hiroshima.
Horror. Knowing that we can't get to the precise truth of ALL of that, why, who, when, and where can not be prevented - some is accurate, some is not.
We, as we move forward, have a responsibility to learn the lessons of those horrors BUT vastly more important is that we adopt politics that always promote peace among all people.
Bringing out a story in which something is more truth that any other is a pointless ruse.
If you don't have precise information free of political influence, it is time for you to join the effort for peace; and NOT to use any efforts to justify wrongdoing.
So, yes, I am asking - do you have full knowledge or are you just like the rest of us and know that a lot of people faced their end inside of their innocence.
If you DO NOT know the truth, REALLY know it factually, dont pile on to ignorance as fact. because there is more than you could EVER know.

How can the people of the country, their leaders, and absolute animals who committed heinous acts repeatedly against their fellow man be victims?

But not when you are an aggressor nation, attacking and invading neighbor countries, killing its citizens.

Sure, but there is much known about the lead up to WW2, and whatever the politics were, there was no more justification for killing your neighbors than there was for trying to exterminate Jews, Romani, and the mentally and physically handicapped.

Reasons, sure. Justification? Not a chance.

Promoting it is a noble aspiration, but there’s no peace with people who only want you dead.

You’ll forgive me if I don’t find innocence in the soldiers and leadership of a people who decided that they were the only ones worthy of life.
