Audio books shouldn’t count as reading the book umo
I have always been a big reader my entire life. Once I got into my late 40, my eyesight diminished as it does with many people. I don’t require glasses for normal activity but do need them for reading. Now even with readers, if I read for too long at a stretch it gives me a headache. I have found audio books allow me to keep enjoying books without the discomfort.
Considering most people these days don’t read or listen to books, I wouldn’t be putting down anyone who did either.
