It’s an interesting proposition. I think we need to hire someone who likes to recruit though. Desperately need more talent on that side of the ball.

Would be interesting to see how he could recruit here. Nonetheless has had more experience in recruiting than the NFL type of hires. Even if not him I like the idea of the proven coordinators with the head coaching experience.
