I've had the worst sinuses most of my life. Have had 3 surgeries. Recently I've been using Astepro & it'll start flowing out after a few hours. Best allergy nasal spray I've tried.

I'll also go stay out west for a few days until it clears up. AZ & NM have been the best for me.

But the rinses are the way to go. If you are really impacted it may take four or five days of three rinses per day, but but will eventually break thru. I’ve had one sinus infection in about 15 years, used to have two or three a year.
