MAX is downgrading it's service

So I just got an email from Max, about changes coming as of December 23.
Currently-
up to 3 streaming devices at one time
All content HD, with 4K and Atmos on some movies
New-
drop to 2 streams at once
Content will be HD, so it looks like they drop 4K and Atmos.
For some reason, it says "you can download up to 30 items to watch offline", for both current and changes.
