re: Trick or Treaters coming from other neighborhoods

For a while the neighborhood i grew up in got waaay out of hand with this. Alot of people would throw parties and haubted houses so that only attracted more outsiders. Eventually it caved in and is desolate now on halloween. New families moved in or people got old
