You said the Orient. Wow. That's like brown people are from South of the border. Slant eyes (I am being facetious) are not the same. Many of them hate each other's cultures/countries. You should already know this given your mentions of Korea, China, etc.

Have you noticed that Korean immigrants to the US tend to be more creative (whether snowboarding, DJing, or anything else) tend to be more creative than the Japanese and Chinese? I know they probably look the same to you, but they're not. The Koreans tend to be more creative and free here, because that's how they and their parents were in Korea.
