As you mentioned i'm doubled the OP's age and do look back on the missed opportunities that were presented to me by women in my younger days. You do remember them when you get older. Looking back though i probably made the right choice because many of these women were married and had i taken them i may not be here right now had husband found out.
Op's opportunity seems pretty single though so what you got to lose?
