Definitely not. They came to my house in BR which is not Bocage but definitely not income challenged and did the whole 9 yards for free. Blower door test helped me find some things to improve tightness. It’s a great program.
I was still able to get mine done by calling instead.

I recently moved into new construction. Can I have them come out and assess? I think I’m over the income threshold. I assume I just call Entergy?
