I have a knee injury and am saving up sick leave to have surgery to fix it. I feel really bad about using my handicapped parking decal but keep telling myself that I won't have to use it for too much longer.

Not a thing wrong with legitimate uses. I would prefer cops sit in parking lots ticketing these offenses instead of speeding.
