Murphy, Wylie, Parker, Sachse, St Paul, Fairview. Depending on how far north Anna, Melissa, Celina. All great places depending on how far you want to be outside for DFW.
Lived in Murphy for 5 years before recently moving back to South LA loved the area kids went to school in Wylie which was first class. All the nice stuff comes with a cost so be prepared for the property taxes some of the highest in Texas. Good thing is with high taxes it keeps the area nice and you can see where your money is going unlike most of LA.
