Broken Engine Mount and Sway Bar Bushings

I looked for an automotive board and didn't see one, so posting this here.
Our mechanic is replacing the starter to our 2017 GMC Acadia and called and mentioned both the engine mount and the sway bar bushings are broken. The car was just in the shop a week ago getting an oil change, and neither of these things was apparently noticed at that time. The mechanic said they must not have looked. Question - I am not looking to dump money into this vehicle. Is replacing the enging mount and/or sway bar bushings a must, or can we survive a bit longer without addressing these. TIA
