New Orleans needs more entertainment developments which include access to the river. This could be great and I would go to restaurants and concerts there. I am waiting though for Uptown NIMBYs to weigh in about concerns over parking and traffic. Legitimate concerns that I might have if I lived in that area, but IMO not sufficient to kill the project. Hopefully they are able to work with the neighborhood. 400 parking spaces is a good start.

Without better leadership & focus on controlling crime, none of it matters.
