I inherited part of it, if that makes sense. It was my grandfather’s then went to my mom and her siblings. I inherited my mom’s portion, so still paying on remaining portions that I had to buy out. So yes, that’s another MAJOR reason that I didn’t consider in terms of my low mortgage.
