No. I'm not optimistic about this solution, but it's the only moonshot I can think of. Perhaps a strong, legitimate, Muslim country could control it.
Jordan took over the territories, I think in 1968, and were defeated and pushed back by Israel. Some observers think that Israel should have just let them keep it, and it could have potentially been a solution.
