re: Lady stays in Airbnb for over a year, doesn’t pay rent, wants 100k to move out

If I were the homeowner, I would have frequent bad thoughts of, say, making sure insurance is up to date and figuring out how to best burn the place to the ground. I'm not well built to be patient and deal with a nightmare like this or other rental topics posted here over the past few months.
