It's called exculpatory evidence and if proven that it was withheld, not only should she get a new trial but the prosecutors from the first trial should have their own trial, and at the very least be disbarred.

I said in the original thread this girl got completely screwed over by the DA office and prosecutors. She didn’t mess with any kids and they ended up giving her a stiffer sentence than the two pedophiles with the atrocities they performed.
They should have sanctions against them by the bar association.
