You have to wear your body out during the day. Exercise. Always take stairs, not elevators, walk if you can. Go to the gym. Lift weights.
Drink water and caffeinated drinks are a no after 11am.
Do not look at blue light (phone, computer etc) before bed. Do not eat or drink 2 hours before bed.
Get the SUN. Yes the sun. In your eyes, every day, especially in the morning. Your cyrcadian rythem may be off.
Read a book and don't look at intense TV (news, horror movies) before bed.
Look up how the marines fall asleep and try that when you wake up in the middle of the night
