Many of these are franchises owned by small business owners... It isn't the corporation closing their doors and walking away from California but people that rely on their franchise to make a living...

Now, if I were in a position to do so, I would sell my franchise and walk away... Possibly buy another in another State somewhere...

I sold my businesses and my interest in two others during Obama's second term... I was tired of using my money to create jobs and pay taxes to a government that looked at me as an "evil rich man" and people that think they are owed a job...

I believe you will start to see more and more of that as we move forward...

The franchise idea was and is an amazing way to develop wealth and do a good job for your community.

It is amazing to watch the government try to ruin this.

Interestingly there are a large number of minority owned franchise businesses that are going to be affected by this
