Categorically, you can not see if from google earth. As the generator in question is no longer at the site.

Are there generators onsite? Maybe.

However the generator "behind the shell station" is in the picture I posted earlier and was next to the long since abandoned battery swap program they had going. And even there it wasn't certain that the generator was used for that.
