Like him or not, Nunguesser had the best idea for the quarter, make the whole area a state park to get it out of New Orleans' control. It's a tourist attraction anyways, let the state tourism department take care of it. State law enforcement without hinderance would do well in that area

Nunguesser just wants more tax dollars milked out of the FQ to pay for other projects around the state.
If the tax dollars generated stayed in the area there MIGHT be more support.
