Yes but you can influence. I've coached now rec for years in baseball and just started football.

I had to tell a dad to quit pulling his kid off that it confuses him and makes it harder to keep the team focused.

If he wanted to continue he can remove his kid from the team. He can coach at home or sign up and coach on the field. We always need them.

It fixed it.

I've had to tell a dad to quit hollering at his kid when we came into the dugout. No one wanted to hear it and if it continued I'd have him banned from all the games.

Fixed that shite too.
