As usual, the competition is tough and I had another hard time picking.
I have a suggestion, how about each entry needs to say what their next ingredient would be. Or they need to pick a number from 1 to 10. Anything that may help pick a winner in the future.
Well, maybe not.

LouisianaLady - Cheese and Onion Enchiladas con Carne
MeridianDog - Creamy Chicken Chili Relleno soup
