I bought some masonry sand from Jimstone (now owned by SiteOne) off Florida Blvd in BR last week for $40/yard...they'll sell in 1/2 yards for $20 (most other places I called won't sell 1/2 yard, don't know why)

Just looking at my yard and there's a lot of erosion primarily in the backyard I want to get taken care of, along with topdressing. Probably going to get 4 yards minimum

I recently top dressed August 1st i got mason sand from Conner Hayden on face book market place Ordered 3yd 170 bucks, he had at least 5 yds in his truck, didnt charge me any more.
I will use him again in the spring I have yet to find anyone near me. i live in B R that sells sifted compost or i would have bought a mix I sifted 3 bales of peat that ain't happening again
