Get with your pastor. Start a Bible reading program

But, more importantly you need a plan,some goals and start getting some productive things done. Exercise. Get your budget right. If you have the resources, buy some new clothes (nothing crazy,just a fresh start).

Really, you need some short-term wins.

Every day is an opportunity to accomplish one thing, no matter how small or insignificant you think it is.

I'm 60 and have been through pure hell a few times in my life, most recently this past year. I'm still here only because I found that succeeding at something each day kept me coming back. Set some goals and find little things each day to move you toward achieving those.

Sending prayers and hope things get better man.
