Now connect this with The Clinton Global Initiative being turned on in Ukraine and controlling 25 Billion that Washington is sending to the WHO. From there CGI will be in charge of dispersing the funds to help re-build Ukraine.

Haitians are still protesting about all that money vanishing with any real visible signs it was put to good purpose.
