we are a small business in Texas and we have a gay employee who takes off more time and causes more drama than anybody in the company.
while i don't wish ill on him, and he does some ok things for the company, we'd be better off without him.
if my boss ever has to pull the trigger, he has a pile of documentation ready to go just for the lawsuit reason.
