lets talk about the remaining spots on our recruiting board.
does loston come? who is the other safety?
who finishes the LB spots?
what about sentimore? do we offer now?
and of course>>>>RR do we now put an even bigger all out press on for him? and does he end up here?

We get Mingo at LB
RR commits to LSU after seeing how our current receivers are fricksticks with butterfingers.

Mingo
Debose
Logan
Johns
Thats a great group right there, anything extra will only enhance that. Obviously Logan and Johns are the outsiders but still really good pickups.
On the fence:

i like that alot, but this class needs telfort and/or jones in it. obviously both would be unbelievable, but one would still be huge.

how high was LSU on duplessis anyway..i think he was only a 3star..maybe offer another linebacker (John Stewart,Tahj Jones) that they are on the fence about since we already have 309802099 db's..he was a project anyway..let's take a lb project at least..

PP has locked down the CB spot for the next 3 years granted he stays all 4 years. That leaves every other DB prospect reaching for the other spot or possibly the NickelBack slot. (Excluding the Safety position). Duplesis could very well end up contributing but he will have his work cut out for him.

Duplessis is projected as a safety, not as a cb. So he has two spots to look at, but it will be hard to beat out C. Jones and Loston if he still comes. BTW, he is signing as a greyshirt in January I heard so not sure which class he is counted against. And don't count out this guy not contributing. I'd bet he would be a demon, ala Baker and Graff this year on special teams early on. I saw him at the spring game, definitely beefed up some over his high school days.

I know it is a long shot, but if we get debose I hope he convinces ray ray to come along with him. This kid can flat out play. He he has the attributes to play many positions both offense and defense. Could be the solution at linebacker due to his size and speed.

pssst. You mean to tell me that not counting Benton and Duplesis. That if Mingo, Loston, Debose, Randle and Jones/Telfort/McFarland want to all come that we will turn any of them away? They will make the numbers work just like Bama made their numbers work. We will see soon enough, wont we.

I agree with this and I think we get Telfort as the linebacker. I can believe that we are low with Randle right now, but I think once we get him in for his Official and he really starts talking with the coaches things will change.
