The most obvious and lazy answer to this question would probably be Nirvana Smells like teen spirt. Personally I would go with Dive off of Incesticide if I was going to pick a Nirvana song.
If I was going to answer your question excluding Nirvana I would probably go with Rusty Cage from Soundgarden off of Badmotorfinger.
If you want a off the wall entry and maybe one a lot of people has forgot about I would go with In the Meantime by Helmet.

The third song was Faith No More - Out of Nowhere on the Epic album, but that actually came out in 1989. So I'll say Alice In Chains - Them Bones off of Dirt instead.
