I agree, there are several several just and legal arguments to bring the IRS, DOJ, FBI all to a court in TX for violating the rights of citizens. Id love to see them go after individuals.
The problem is, the fed govt has too much power in the form of purse strings, several "issues" they could conjure up to deny fed highway funding, education, all sorts of other fed programs. And they dont care if they are proven unjust in court, they will just change the wording and drag it through the courts again and again.

Pretty sure that’s not possible. I looked into filing a lawsuit against the DOD and FAA and was told I had to go to DC.
