Older lady i used to work with told me she was driving down the interstate one day in the 1980s, between BR and NOLA, when a limousine pulled up beside her, the back window lowered and it was EWE, asking her to pull over at the next stop so they could chat.. she shook her head no and kept driving…. Not long after , she said she was at a party with someone who knew the governor- she relayed that story, and the person told her that EWE did that all the time, and that, quote: “One out of three say Yes” and that the Gov always wound up shtupping them in the back of the limo…. Not a bad percentage, and probably not real feasible unless u r Governor or in another powerful position .

ETA they didnt call him the Silver Zipper for nothin

It runs in the family. About a year ago I ran into his relative who my family was close with. Old dude was in the store talking up all the young ladies same as always.

From a lot of sources, he typically liked to basically have a romance with a chick for a matter of weeks and then move on. And did so. Nothing bad or crazy, just a guy doing his thing.
