The House is passing them nearly 75% in favor. Then they get referred to the Senate Resource Committee, where Senator Hensgens (Chairman of the Committee) can single handedly kill them just by not hearing them in the committee.
Anyone know how to make him provide all campaign contributions, and his relationship with Omega proteins. The menhaden plant in his district.

Its all PR moves and LA politics. I've seen bills get passed by one, knowing they would get rejected by the other.
