Allen Parish stipends

Saw in the L. C. paper Allen parish school employees will be getting three stipends during the year that total 6700 dollars. Calcasieu parish is using the esser money they got from covid to give their teachers a 9400 dollar stipend. I think the esser money in Allen was used for other things such as a new track in Oberlin and to build pavilions at some of the schools, this was done by the former admin. what a shame to not give the teachers what they deserve. a bond issue should have been proposed in Oberlin for a new track. Looks like this new admin. will be paying for the sins of the old admin. for somtime.
