I think ringgold is pretty solid as far as schools and the town itself goes. I briefly “dated” a girl from there and she was the best girl ever. I fricked it up though.
She spoke very highly of the town and Chattanooga as a whole. I would imagine most of the other towns on the Georgia side are pretty similar.
